Shipping Coverage:
- We currently deliver all across Pakistan 🇵🇰
- Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more
- Remote areas may take additional time
Delivery Timeframe:
- Major Cities:Â 2-4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns:Â 4-7 business days
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
Shipping Charges:
- Flat delivery charge of PKR 200 on every order
- Free shipping may be offered on special promotions
Order Confirmation:
- All COD orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout
- Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS
- You can track your order through the courier's website
Failed Deliveries:
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, the order will be returned
- Re-delivery charges may apply
